I have yet to hear back regarding my experience at this establishment. If I could give no stars I definitely would. You have to fight to get fresh nuggets!
If I could give a zero I would. First waited 6 minutes before even acknowledged at speaker. They were busy so couldn't pull forward that part understandable, but then to pull forward to finally getting to the window was 23 minutes then had to place my order that they some how didn't get at the speaker the first time I ordered it just to be told after to pull forward. 33 minutes later I got my order. Then on top of it, the chicken I ordered was old?!? How? I only waited just to see how long it would actually take after how long it took to order. Just unbelievable
The workers were dressed sloppy. Flies on the walls. Playground was closed for repairs. The server Veronica was on top of it. Nasty g
Bathroom needed to be cleaned.
Service was quick ans staff very friendly. Dining area needed to be cleaned. Table tops were not well wiped.
The people were warm and welcoming. They attend to you in a timely manner
