When I asked WHY, she explained that the person in charge instructed her to just refund me the money. I then asked, WHAT ABOUT THE FOOD?? I was then told that I would have to go somewhere else!! I HAVE NEVER BEEN TREATED THIS WAY..EVER!!! I was told that they had already messed up 2 sandwiches?!?!?!?! I will NEVER go back to DQ in Cairo, Georgia!!! I have never seen anything like this before!
I went back to the restaurant to tell the cashier that the sandwich was not what I ordered, and was asked more than 5 times, by numerous cashiers, exactly how I wanted my sandwich. I told the cashiers that I just wanted a regular double cheeseburger, with tomato and lettuce added.
In the end, the last cashier stated that she needed my card back, AS WELL AS MY DRINK, ICE CREAM, AND FRENCH FRIES!!!!!
Well, the last few times I dined her were good. The food is always fresh and the ice cream is good. It seems they have switched up on the meat they use for hamburgers, not the same quality as it use to be. Other than that, I always get good service.
The food is always fresh and good. You rarely receive food that is re-dipped or taste old. The only thing that makes DQ not receive a 5 star rating, is they don't like to give you enough food; you don't get what you pay for and DQ is not cheap. The wait time is pretty decent due to the fact they freshly cook your food. There fries are the best! I love them. The workers there are young so customer service may not always be the best but most of the time you wont have any problems. Only a few times, They have forgotten to give me my sweet tea that's about it. As far as being professional enough in front of customers, sometimes they are professional enough and sometimes not. Overall still a good place to eat and I will recommend.
I have NEVER been treated as badly as I was this evening. I came to the Dairy Queen to get a Double Cheeseburger meal, asking to get tomato and lettuce added to the sandwich. When I received my meal, after driving away from the restaurant, I noticed that mayo and onions were added to the sandwich, which I did not want.
LOVE THE PLACE IN TOWN,THEY DO NOT HAVE A BROWNIE EARTHQUAKE,BUT STILL EMPLOYEE MAKE FOR ME UPON MY REQUEST,
