I love Zaxby's. Always fast and polite service and excellent food. A little pricey but this isn't ordinary burger trash. You get what you pay for.
Good food but as with most Zaxbys restaurants,they have issues with cooking the French fries. Zaxbys used to do a great job cooking golden brown crispy fries but sadly nearly every Zaxbys I've been in the past year will not thoroughly cook fries. In addition the Cairo Ga restaurant overcoats their chicken with too much coating and doesn't cook their chicken golden brown either like the Bainbridge Ga store does correctly
Very nice, I give the food a 10, and great service. The manager is awesome (Shantae)!!!!
D'erica insulted me through the drive through intercom and was nothing but rude. Management came to the window and was just as disappointing. I can't believe that employees are allowed to speak to customers like she was allowed to. This will be the last time I spend at this franchise.
Nice place, very friendly service. Unfortunately, I'm not a big fan of their food.
